Biography

John is an extremely experienced examiner, teacher and INSET provider who has written over 20 books on the teaching of English. This knowledge has been predicated on 18 years as a Head of Department and over 25 years as a senior examiner. He
still goes into schools to teach Year 11 students and has written three textbooks on the new specification including the highly successful AQA GCSE English Skills for English Language & Literature Textbook (Philip Allan Updates).
